ABOUT US
At Shiloh Baptist Church, we have a simple hope: to see people come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian faith. For 85 years, Shiloh has been helping spread the Gospel here in the City of Bridgeport and throughout the world, and we pray that the Lord will continue to use His ministry through us, which God has anointed for global purposes.

MINISTRIES
REACHING PEOPLE | KNOWING GOD
The Gospel according to Mark is the shortest Gospel in the New Testament. Being most likely one of the gospels first written, it tells the story of Jesus' ministry in detail, giving insight to God's love for you. We meet every Thursday for prayer, instruction and encouragement. Join us this Thursday at 12:15PM and find your small group.
Children's Ministry
Children Ministry Scriptural Basis
“…Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”
— Proverbs 22:6
Mission Statement
The mission of the Children’s ministry is for our teacher's to share God's Word with each class. It is our hope that the children will develop a firm foundation in the knowledge of the Word of God and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior or deepen their relationship with Him.
The children will participate in interactive age appropriate activities which will tie together the weekly Bible lesson, Scripture memory verse, and a craft .
As age, class and/or child's ability to participate allows field trips and community service will be an extension of the classroom where learning is either continued as in a field trip or Faith is put into action when the student engages in community service and sharing Jesus in Word and deed.
